Find Friends

If you like a photo, click the heart icon to notify the owner of the photo. You also have the option to leave a comment. You can view popular photos by visiting the "popular page." The page displays current photos that receive the most "likes" in the shortest amount of time. Instagram is available to iPhone users around the globe. You can choose to follow any user in any location. You can search contacts, Facebook friends, or Twitter followers to see people you know who have the application installed. 

Privacy

If you do not want the world to view your photos, you can keep your privacy protected. Instagram allows you to set your page to private. Users will be unable to view your photos. Only your profile picture, biography, followers, and people you are following will be displayed. You have the authority to approve or deny follow requests from users.
